I used to work for a huge Mining Company for about 4 years. I was in charge as an accountant staff with another seven professionals in my department. Lots of colleagues knew me well as a sort of man always who loves talking too much. I realize personally that it might be to my own both advantage and disadvantage. Somehow I could still do my job as accountant at least like what my company hired me for.

Once there was a meeting among whole staffs from different departments and divisions, held directly by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The main agenda was socializing the company’s program to build the housing for entire Board of Managers as well as new mortgage area for entire staffs from grade III and lower. It sounded interesting for those employees who still live faraway from the company area.

They spontaneously gave positive response over the grand planning of the company. I myself innocently raised my hand just as the moderator offered a session of comments and questions. I frankly addressed a question to the big boss. I said,” Mr. CEO, what kind of company are we going to out source to help enable the mortgage?” Some of attendants spontaneously laughed at me.

But the CEO just smiled to me and replied,” We are going to hire Asheville home builders to provide the housing and mortgage for our professionals. We consider that Asheville home builders have got an outstanding brand nationwide” Hearing the answer, I just thought in my mind that I was going to have a chance to own my beautiful residence to live in.

It’s definitely true. I have been living in my house provided by the company with lots of joy and fun inside. Thanks a lot Ashville. Thanks a lot boss.
